Shipping Policy

Overview

All Per My Therapist products are made to order and fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner, Gooten. Each item is produced just for you once your order is placed, which helps reduce waste and overproduction.

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

By completing your purchase, you agree to the shipping terms below.

Processing & Production Times

Orders enter production within 24 hours of purchase and typically take 3–6 business days to produce.

  • During busy seasons (like the holidays), production may extend up to 9 business days.

  • Non-stock or specialty-size items may take slightly longer.

  • Because all items are made-to-order, orders cannot be canceled or modified once production begins.

Production time does not include shipping time.

Shipping & Delivery Estimates

Once produced, items are shipped directly from Gooten’s U.S. manufacturing partners.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard shipping: 3–12 business days (varies by carrier and location)

  • Expedited shipping: 2–6 business days (when available)

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to postal strikes, natural disasters, or other force majeure events).

Multiple Packages

Because we work with several U.S. printing facilities, items in a single order may ship separately and arrive on different days.
Each shipment will include its own tracking link.

Shipping Addresses

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate and complete at checkout.
We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

At this time, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses.

Tracking & Delivery Issues

When your order ships, you’ll receive a Shopify tracking email automatically. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update once a label is created.

If your tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, or your order hasn’t arrived within 20 business days of shipment, contact us at permytherapistllc@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll assist in locating your package.

If an order is confirmed lost or damaged in transit, we’ll coordinate with our fulfillment partner to provide a replacement.
Refunds for lost shipments may be issued at our discretion once all available tracking options have been exhausted.

Delays & Exceptions

While over 95% of Gooten orders ship within expected timeframes, delays may occur due to:

  • Reprints following quality control checks

  • Temporary stock shortages from blank garment suppliers

  • Seasonal or holiday production surges

  • Carrier delays or misrouting

We do our best to keep you informed and appreciate your patience as your order makes its way to you.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you have not received your order within the timelines noted above, please email permytherapistllc@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery (or expected delivery) with your order number and photos if applicable.

We’ll do our best to help — ideally without anyone needing to spiral.

Legal Notice

Per My Therapist LLC is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once an item has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
All delivery dates are estimates and subject to carrier conditions.
