Production (aka: When Do We Start Making Your Stuff?)
Production starts on the first business day after your order is placed. If your order goes straight into auto-fulfillment, it’s usually routed to the printer within a couple of hours. If it needs manual approval, it may take 1–2 extra business days before printing starts.

- U.S. Expedited: up to 6 business days
- U.S. Overnight: up to 2 business days

If your item shows up damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll replace it at no cost. Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue (whole item + close-up of the problem).
